We deploy our Trainees, Interns & Employees on live product development from the day they are Enrolled or Employed with us. 

The ideal candidate who posses the required skills for product development will be directly appointed as employee and candidates who posses the right attitude to learn and deploy the skills but still doesn't posses the required skills for product development will optionally be selected for Training at their consent followed by internship and then on company rolls. However all the candidates who joins us will work on our company Product development from the day they join us.
